Employees still have time to sign up for upcoming wellness sessions that would count toward the Stay Healthy and Earn Healthy Vin-cent$ Campaign, a way for people to earn a $150 credit toward their 2013 medical plan premium.
Coping with Changes, which will help employees identify ways to cope with change, the relationship between change and stress and its impact on health, will be offered on two days in Lincoln Park and the Loop campuses.
11 a.m. to noon in the Loop’s DePaul Center, Room 8005
3 p.m. to 4 p.m. in Lincoln Park’s Munroe Hall, Room 114-115

The sessions are provided by Perspectives, DePaul’s Employee Assistance Program provider. Employees must register through Campus Connection and attend in person for their participation to count toward the Healthy Vin-cent$ Campaign.
To register, log onto Campus Connection, then click through the For Employees and Employee Self Service tabs to get to the Learning and Development tab. From there, click on Request Training Enrollment. Search by the course number CC001A to find the Coping with Changes course.
