Sister Prejean archives open

May 16, 2012

Sister Helen Prejean, C.S.J., the noted anti-death penalty activist and author, joins DePaul staff and students who performed a staged reading of an adaptation of her acclaimed book "Dead Man Walking." The May 14 event was part of a series of lectures and discussions with Sister Prejean being conducted in conjunction with the opening of a Richardson Library exhibition of the highlights of Sister Prejean's personal papers archives which she donated to DePaul that detail her work with and on behalf of death row inmates. The exhibition, in the Special Archives on the third floor of Richardson, will be on display through November.
